A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Friday (March 19) after he threatened a resident. About 9 a.m., Travis Hunt, 22, went to a home in the 69300 block of Brant Crossing in Twentynine Palms where he confronted the resident about a Facebook post he had posted about Hunt. The victim said Hunt was carrying an aluminum baseball bat and threatened him with it. After an investigation, Travis Hunt was arrested on suspicion of burglary, booked into the West Valley Detention Center, with his bail set at $125,000. (It’s not known what Hunt is accused of stealing.)
