Today (January 20), the Twentynine Palms Tourism Business Improvement District (BID) will meet in special session. The BID will first meet in closed session to discuss an employee performance evaluation. In open session, the BID will discuss and possibly take action on sponsorship proposals for two Downtown Business Association events (Project Phoenix Groundbreaking Concert and a beer festival) and a proposal from Joshua Tree 55. Also in open session, the BID will look at a media production partnership and a social media influencer proposal.
