No matter if you live in Yucca Valley, Twentynine Palms, or in unincorporated county areas, you need to contact the planning department of your jurisdiction and obtain a permit prior to installing any neighborhood watch signs. Regardless of where you live, contact your municipal or county planning department for specific requirements about neighborhood watch signs.
