ENTERTAINERS SOUGHT FOR 63RD ANNUAL GRUBSTAKE DAYS

Organizers are looking for community entertainment for this years Grubstake Days celebration in Yucca valley. Special Correspondent Les Taylor puts out the call…
The 63rd annual Yucca Valley Grubstake Days community fair is set for Saturday, May 25, and you could be part of the celebration. Organizers say community groups and individuals are being sought to be part of the entertainment line up. Singers, bands, jugglers, comedians and more, both young and old, are encouraged to sign up. If you’d like to be part of the fun contact Gary Daigneault here at Z107.7 radio. Additionally vendors and non-profit groups who would like to have a booth at either the community fair, or home and craft show may contact Cheryl Nankervis at the Yucca Valley Chamber of Commerce for more information or to reserve a space. Booths with games for children are particularly wanted. Grubstake Days salute the rich western heritage of Yucca Valley and always offer a wide variety of fun events and activities. This year’s celebration is being held at the Hi-Desert Boy’s and Girl’s Club and Brehm Youth Park grounds on Little League Drive beginning immediately after the annual parade and running until 5 p.m.
