Energy healing and natural pain relief at Rainbow Stew in Yucca Valley this week.
Rainbow Stew will hold an energy healing circle on Wednesday, May 15. The healing circle is open to the public and no appointment is necessary. The event is free, although donations are accepted. Come anytime between 6 and 8 p.m.
Herbalist and wellness consultant Charla Shamhart will present a two-part class series on natural pain relief. During these classes, Shamhart will discuss foods and nutrition on Saturday, May 18, and herbs, supplements, and topicals on Saturday, June 1. Both classes will be held from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. While there is no set fee for the class, there is a suggested donation of $10.
