The California Public Utilities Commission requires Southern California Edison to begin switching customers to Time-Of-Use plans in 2018 and they can affect how you use your electricity and your monthly bills. To help you understand these changes and the different plans, there will be experts from Southern California Edison with a presentation on Time-of-Use rate plans on Monday December 4, at 10:30 a.m. at the Twentynine Palms Senior Center at 6535 Adobe Road.
