0

Today is Election Day in Morongo Valley and Twentynine Palms. The Morongo Valley Community Service District and the Twentynine Palms Water District each have three director seats up for grabs. Today’s election is a mail-in election; if you haven’t already mailed in your ballot, it is too late to do so, and you must return your ballot to a drop-off location. Locations include City Hall, the Library, and the Water District in Twentynine Palms, or at the Town Hall or Library in Yucca Valley. For more information about this election, visit the Elections Office website, www.sbcountyelections.com. Voted ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day in order to be accepted. A ballot postmarked on Election Day, but not received in the Elections Office, will not be counted.
