EDISON OFFERS SAVING TIPS, ANSWERS SHUTOFF CONCERNS IN TWENTYNINE PALMS TOMORROW

Deep in the heat of summer, our air conditioners and swamp coolers are saving us but those monthly bills seem to rise with the thermostat.

Hosted by Reach Out Morongo Basin, Southern California Edison will offer a public presentation for solutions around bill reductions and answers regarding Public Safety Power Shutoffs.

The SCE event will be held on Wednesday, August 14, from 10 to 11 am at the Twentynine Palms Senior Center, 6539 Adobe Road. Jennifer Cusack from SCE will detail little-known programs such as Care/Fera and Medical Baseline, the Summer Discount Plan and Energy Savings Assistance.
