The County Fire Department hosts an annual Easter egg hunt in Twentynine Palms on Easter Sunday at Luckie Park. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual egg hunt has been cancelled. The Fire Department and the City of Twentynine Palms Parks and Recreation Department have partnered together to make sure that those colorful eggs get handed out for parents to host their own egg hunts at home.
A drive-up service to pick up the eggs will take place in front of the Luckie Park Pool from 4 to 6 p.m. next Wednesday, April 8. Parents will be given one dozen pre-packaged toy and candy filled eggs per child. Eggs will be handed out on a first come, first serve basis. This is a drive-up service only. For additional information please call the Twentynine Palms Parks and Recreation office at 760-367-7562.
