The kitchen at the Joshua Tree Veterans of Foreign Wars Post will be busy the next week. Easter Sunday, April 4, there will be a special Easter breakfast of ham and eggs special with other menu items from 8 to 11 a.m. The Taco Belles will serve up fish tacos for Taco Wednesday, April 7, from 11 to 1. And on Friday, April 9, there will be an oven-fried chicken dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. The VFW is located on Veterans Way in downtown Joshua Tree.
