The San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters will open an early voting site in Joshua Tree today, making it easier for Morongo Basin voters to cast their ballots in the March 3 Presidential Primary Election. Doors will open for early voting at 10 a.m. this morning at the Joshua Tree Community Center, 6171 Sunburst Street. Voting hours are 10 to 6, Tuesday through Saturday, through February 29. The Community Center will also be open Monday, March 2 from 10 to 6, and on election day, March 3, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
