Beginning Monday, October 31, voters in the Morongo Basin can cast an early ballot in Yucca Valley prior to the November 8 presidential general election. The early voting site at the Yucca Valley Town Hall will also collect mail-in ballots from voters. Earlier this month, early voting began at the San Bernardino County Elections Office.
