For the Morongo Unified School District, Denise Cohen (26.90 percent) and Karalee Hargrove (25.79 percent), are the early winners, with Ronald Palmer edging out Darin Sanden by 13 votes (23.61 to 23.54 percent). The winners of the Joshua Basin Water District board of directors are Geary Hund (29.39 percent), Mickey Luckman (21.10 percent), and Buck Buckley (18.74 percent). For the Hi-Desert Medical Center Healthcare District, Joseph Sullivan (27.67 percent), Bob Armstrong (22.87 percent), and Dianne Markle-Greenhouse (20.23 percent) are the early winners.
