Rainbow Stew will hold a drum circle tonight, followed tomorrow by a class in how to be a medium. The class on mediumship is set for 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, February 17. Rainbow Stew will hold a drum circle Friday, February 16, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Drumming is not only fun, it can boost your immune system, relieve stress, reduce pain, elevate your mood and provide inspiration. Bring your drums, rattles, tambourines, bells and other percussion instruments. There will be some Instruments to share. Due to the colder weather the drum circle will be inside, so space is limited and seating will be on “first come, first serve” basis. Donations are requested. Rainbow Stew is located on the south side of the highway in Old Town Yucca Valley.
