It’s a busy weekend at Rainbow Stew in Yucca Valley.
Rainbow Stew will hold a drum circle tonight, Friday, March 16, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Bring your drums, rattles, tambourines, bells and other percussion instruments. There will be some Instruments to share. Due to the colder weather, the drum circle will be inside, so space is limited and seating will be on “first come, first serve” basis. Donations are requested.
Herbalist Charla Shamhart will present a health class on Nutraceuticals tomorrow (Saturday, March 17) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Rainbow Stew in Yucca Valley. Nutraceuticals are nature-based, pharmaceutical-quality supplement extracts that are purified or concentrated from plants or foods. There is no set fee but donations are appropriate.
An improv comedy workshop will be held Sunday, March 18, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Rainbow Stew. Presented by Tami Wood and Bob Rufer, participants will explore self-awareness through improv tools, games, and exercises. The cost is $20 and reservations are required.
