Rainbow Stew will hold a drum circle Friday, January 26,from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., facilitated by Carrie Laughing Heart. Drumming is not only fun, it can boost your immune system, relieve stress, reduce pain, elevate your mood and provide inspiration. Bring your drums, rattles, tambourines, bells and other percussion instruments. They will have some instruments to share. Due to the colder weather, the drum circle will be inside, so space is limited, and seating will be on “first come, first serve” basis. There is no charge, but donations will be accepted. Rainbow Stew is located on the south side of the highway in Old Town Yucca Valley.
