Remember the good old days playing board games? The Yucca Valley Parks and Rec Department is holding drop-in session every other Monday where people of all ages can play board games, from the classics to new games. The first drop-in board game session is today, Monday, September 26, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Yucca Valley Community Center. Admission is $2 at the door. Helpers will be available to teach any game, and will supply a free take-home game to each participant. For more information, call 760-369-7211.
