Chain installers will be available on mountain routes during snow events.
For longer trips, bring snack and water, warm clothing, blankets, a cell phone charger, medications, and other necessary items. Make sure you have a full tank of gas.
And finally, be a safe and courteous driver. It only adds a few minutes to your travel time and makes it a more enjoyable drive for everyone.
