Residents of the Morongo Basin interested in obtaining a free drive-up COVID-19 test will have the opportunity on Thursday, May 21. The City of Twentynine Palms, the Morongo Unified School District, and the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health will host a COVID-19 Specimen Point of Collection at the Twentynine Palms High School, 72750 Wildcat Way, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Participants do not have to have any symptoms to qualify for the test, which will be administered by mouth swab. County residents can make an online appointment at sbcovid19.com about two days prior to the event.
