DOUBT ABOUT GOD DISCUSSED AT LIFETREE CAFÉ

Lifetree Café is a place where people gather for conversation about life and faith in a casual, comfortable setting. This week discussion will be about the effects of hard times on religious faith. Managing editor Tami Roleff has the details

Lifetree Café on Sunday will feature a filmed interview with a former pastor and marathon runner who suffered a sudden, life-threatening illness that attacked his entire muscular system. He says his illness tested his faith in a way he never expected. Participants at Lifetree Café will have an opportunity to share times they’ve doubted the existence of God. This free 60-minute event will be held Sunday, May 6 at 4 p.m. Lifetree Café is located behind Little Church of the Desert at Veterans Way and Ocotillo Avenue in Twentynine Palms.
