The COVID-19 test kit scam involves calls to people with an offer to sell them a COVID-19 test kit. The caller asks for personal information such as bank and credit card information as well as Social Security numbers. The Federal Trade Commission reminds people that if they are called by anyone other than their attending physician about a COVID-19 test kit, they should not provide any personal health or financial related information.
