White elephant in the desert? Back by popular demand, Tender Loving Christmas is holding a white elephant sale this weekend and is soliciting donations. If you have any white elephant items hanging around, T.L.C. would love them. A white elephant sale is a fundraiser made up of new or used items that an owner can’t use or doesn’t need or want. You can help TLC by bringing your white elephant items to the parking lot at Yokozuna Restaurant in Yucca Valley after 10 a.m. The sale starts Friday afternoon and runs Saturday from 8 a.m. to dark and Sunday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information, call 760-333-2413.
