The Morongo Unified School District has teamed up once again with Student Transportation of America to hold their third annual “Stuff the Bus” school supply drive this Saturday. Reporter Andrew Dieleman tells us where to go to donate much-needed school supplies…
For the past two years, the “Stuff the Bus” event has collected donations of school supplies to ensure that all MUSD students have enough supplies for a successful school year. Last year, the event saw enough donations to fill three entire school buses and several donation bins with school supplies. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, August 24, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Wal-Mart in Yucca Valley (58501 Twentynine Palms Highway) and Rite-Aid in Twentynine Palms (72253 Twentynine Palms Highway).
