DOMESTIC INCIDENT LEADS TO AN ARREST ON MULTIPLE WARRANTS

A Yucca Valley man was arrested in Twentynine Palms on multiple warrants, following a call of suspected domestic violence. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies were called to the 57400 block of Lupine Avenue about 10:15 a.m. for a welfare check on a woman who had allegedly been assaulted and pushed to the ground by her boyfriend, Bryce Cooper, 21. Deputies determined that Cooper had four warrants for his arrest for multiple charges of driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, and driving with a defective muffler. Bryce Cooper was arrested on his warrants, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $100,000.
