The Morongo Basin Historical Society has announced the winners of its dog parade, held during its Bob Barker Day February 15. Winning Best Personality was Tuxedo, owned by Jim Krob; Most Like Owner was BooBoo and foster mother Eve Vykydal; Windy Jo, owned by Candy Jo Keserich, went Best of Show; and Kodi, owned by Tina Mincer, was awarded Best Costume.
