DIRT BIKE RIDER ARRESTED FOR RECKLESS DRIVING, WARRANT

A Twentynine Palms man was arrested Sunday, accused recklessly driving a dirt bike without a license or registration. According to a Sheriff’s report, a deputy was driving in the area of Two Mile Road and Adobe Road in Twentynine Palms and saw a black dirt bike cross Adobe Road and head westbound on Desert Trail. Deputies followed the dirt bike and saw the rider run multiple stop signs until he took off into the desert. Deputies caught up to the rider, later identified as Eric Eddington, 23, in the 72300 block of El Paseo. Eric Eddington was arrested and booked into the Morongo Basin Jail on suspicion of reckless driving, driving without a license, and on a no-bail warrant for carrying a concealed dirk or dagger.
