There’s still time to get tickets for “A Doll’s House” at Theatre 29. Managing Editor Tami Roleff relays the director’s happiness with his players…
As the classic drama “A Doll’s House” by Henrik Ibsen continues its run at Theatre 29, Director Kurt Schauppner says he’s very happy with how the players matured during rehearsals. He’s enjoyed watching the actors Adam Redmon, Herman Platzke, and Rob Wanless, and the children, Nicholas Perez, Christopher and Justin Ornelaz-Perez, and Lea Maya, blossom. He added that Adam Redmon in particular has really grown into the role of Torvald, while Herman Platzke brings a gravitas to his Dr. Rank. “A Doll’s House” runs through July 19. Performances are 7:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights with a 2:30 Sunday matinee p.m. July 13. Tickets are $8 to $12 and may be ordered online at www.theatre29.org, or by calling the Theatre 29 Box Office at 760-361-4151.
