A Desert Hot Springs man was arrested on Friday after he was found with a stolen car. Sheriff’s deputies made a vehicle check at about 4 p.m. on
Friday near Avalon Avenue and Barron Drive in Yucca Valley and contacted Edward Adams, 38 inside the car. Deputies learned that the vehicle he was driving had been reported stolen in Twentynine Palms. After an investigation, Edward Adams was arrested for possession of stolen property and booked into the West Valley Detention Center with his bail set at $50,000.
