A Desert Hot Springs man was arrested Friday afternoon, accused of providing narcotics to a minor. According to a limited information from a Sheriff’s report, deputies were called to the playground at the Yucca Valley Community Center in the 57000 block of 29 Palms Highway in Yucca Valley about 1:30 p.m. There they found Ryan Elm, 23, who allegedly sold Xanax to a minor at the playground. After an investigation, Ryan Elm was arrested on suspicion of providing narcotics to a minor, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $200,000.
