On Saturday and Sunday, on the weekend of November 7, the High Desert Test Sites is hosting their “Desert Archive Days” at the Sky Village Swap Meet in Yucca Valley from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. The Morongo Basin Historical Society will be showing historical slides at 10-11 a.m. and noon-1 p.m. each day. Stop by to help identify people from the Grubstake Days, Pioneertown Parades, and the Joshua Tree Turtle Races. Share your memories, photos, scrapbooks, or other memorabilia from the “good old days.”
