We have limited information about a shooting Friday in Morongo Valley. According to a Sheriff’s spokeswoman, deputies were called to the 9300 block of Navajo Trail about 4:20 p.m. following a report that a man had been shot. Upon arrival, the man told deputies an unknown woman had shot him, and didn’t provide any more information about what had happened. The victim was taken to Desert Hospital in Palm Springs, and deputies are searching for the suspect.
