DEPUTIES ARREST A WOMAN FOUND SHOWERING IN A YUCCA VALLEY HOME

A Yucca Valley woman was arrested Saturday morning after she was found showering inside a home that had been burglarized. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies were called to a home in the 7000 block of Dryden Avenue in Yucca Valley about 9:10 a.m. by a housecleaner who found a woman, later identified as Lisa Alanis, 57, in the shower. The cleaner said there was a shopping cart in the back of the house and the point of entry was the bathroom window. After an investigation, Lisa Alanis was arrested on suspicion of burglary and for two misdemeanor drug warrants, booked into the West Valley Detention Center, with her bail set at $35,000.
