Take some time to enjoy the desert night sky this weekend at Sky’s the Limit Observatory and Nature Center. A variety of telescopes will be available for guests to view the incredible cosmic sights. Here’s reporter Tanisha Cureton with your invitation…
Sky’s the Limit Observatory and Nature Center invites stargazers to enjoy some of the best highlights of the night sky including the Great Hercules Cluster, the Sombrero Galaxy, and the Needle Galaxy. Prominent constellations are the Great Bear, the Scorpion, the Swan and much more. The event is on Saturday, June 2 at 9 p.m. and will last approximately three hours, but you are encouraged to come and go when you want. The observatory is located on Utah Trail, just north of the Twentynine Palms entrance to Joshua Tree National Park.
