You can continue to wear masks in public areas and still practice social distancing. Meditation can help slow you down and clear your mind and eating a healthy, balanced diet will help keep your blood sugar level normal and reduce anxiety. Make sure to stay hydrated with at least eight glasses of water a day and exercise to sweat the worry out. Wash your hands and do something you love to distract yourself. And finally, if your anxiety about “going back to normal” seems like too much to handle, talk with your doctor.
