DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR PPP LOANS IS AUGUST 8

Small businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic now have until August 8 to apply for the Paycheck Protection Program, which provides loans that are entirely forgivable if borrowers spend at least 60 percent of the loan funds on payroll expenses. The loans will be forgiven if all employee retention criteria are met, and the funds are used for eligible expenses. See a link in this story to read more about PPP loan forgiveness.
