Z107.7 and Hi-Desert Publishing team up again for this year’s holiday decorating contest, a tradition every Morongo Basin business will want to enter. Up to eight businesses will receive hundreds of dollars in free local advertising, a very cool certificate, and a year’s worth of bragging rights. What better way to kindle holiday spirit and local shopping? The contest is free to enter. Awards will go to first and second place winners for both best interior and exterior in a large space category and small space category. Judges will rate entries on “Overall Theme, Inventiveness and Appeal,” “Use of Space, Lights and Color,” and “Wow Factor.” Painted windows do not qualify. First place winners receive $250 of free advertising. Second Place winners get $150 worth of ads. Some minor restrictions apply.
