County Board of Supervisors Chair and local Third District Supervisor Dawn Rowe will be holding her monthly open house tomorrow afternoon (September 20). Rowe and her staff will be joined this month by Michael Vamstad, a wildlife ecologist from Joshua Tree National Park Association.
The open house begins tomorrow at 4:30 p.m. at the Joshua Tree Community Center, located at 6171 Sunburst St. in Joshua Tree.
