The Dale Basin Well Owner’s Association will hold its bi-annual meeting Sunday, November 1, at 4 p.m. at the Wonder Valley Community Center on Amboy Road in Twentynine Palms. On the agenda is a discussion of current water issues, a review of the bylaws, (bring your copy of the bylaws if you have it), and election of officers.
