What at first were protests for justice in the wake of the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis degraded into looting and burning sprees throughout California the last few nights. As a result, curfews were called for some areas last night. While there was no curfew imposed by the County of San Bernardino, several cities in the county instituted curfews, although none are here in the Morongo Basin. Cities with curfews include Adelanto, Barstow, Fontana, Loma Linda, Montclair, Ontario, Rialto, San Bernardino, and Upland.
