In a tragic circumstance, A cook at the café, who is not being identified, found his wife in a coma following a car crash. He’s had to quit his job to stay home and take care of his children. The café is hosting a benefit barbecue fundraiser all day Saturday and Sunday, with proceeds going to help the family. Fundraiser plates include barbecue ribs, barbecue chicken, rib tips, and sea bass. If you can’t make it to the café, or if you don’t eat meat, you can also stop by the café and drop off a donation.
