The “Cover to Cover” program, which encourages reading among students across San Bernardino County, starts today. Running until April 16, eager young readers will read as many books as they can in the next six weeks, and for every five books they complete, they will receive a voucher for a free hamburger or cheeseburger from In-N-Out. The program is put on by the San Bernardino County Library, and is open to students between the ages of 4 and 12.
