The San Bernardino County Tax Collector’s Office will hold its annual online auction of over 500 tax-defaulted properties starting August 4, with staggered closing times from August 4 through August 10. Auction properties include single- and multi-family residences, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, vacant land and more than 100 timeshares. Bid prices start as low as $100. Property tax information and maps are available online at MyTaxCollector.com. Bidders must register for the auction at sbcounty.mytaxsale.com, and deposits of $1,000 must be received by 5 p.m. July 27.
