When the county board of supervisors meets at 10 a.m. tomorrow, updated draft amendments to the county code regulating short-term vacation rentals, including new terms for the permitting of accessory dwelling units, will be on the agenda. The board will convene a public hearing on the amendments which address definitions, permits and hosting platform requirements, application processes, occupancy standards, conditions of operation, and enforcement. The public may participate in the hearing either in San Bernardino or via live video link from the first-floor teleconferencing room in the County Government Center on White Feather Road in Joshua Tree.
