With the number of short-term vacation rentals skyrocketing in San Bernardino County, especially in Joshua Tree, Third District County Supervisor Dawn Rowe has asked for residents to submit their comments about a draft short-term vacation rental ordinance that would affect unincorporated areas in the county.
