The draft plan of the Mental Health Services Act is a comprehensive report that illustrates the impact made by the Department of Behavioral Health and its partners in addressing the behavioral health needs of San Bernardino County. In light of COVID-19, proposed changes for the upcoming 2021-2022 fiscal year draft are needed. Comments on the draft can be submitted until March 23 by visiting www.sbcounty.gov/dbh. A public hearing on the plan will be held during the department’s regularly scheduled Behavioral Health Commission meeting on April 1.
