A doctor from the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health will lead an online town hall presentation Tuesday (October 27). Starting at 9:30 a.m., Dr. Jonathan Avalos will explore addiction and mental health conditions as treatable factors in healing social and economic disparities.
