An employee handbook is one of the most important communication tools between a company and its employees. A handbook describes expectations for both employees and employers, and also ensures that businesses are in compliance with state and federal employment laws. The County of San Bernardino will hold a webinar workshop Thursday, August 30, on employee handbooks and what NOT to include in handbooks. The webinar is from 10 a.m. to noon.
