County Mobile Defense Program offering record clearing and remote services to Lucerne Valley on 4/8

San Bernardino County’s Mobile Defense Program is returning to the hi-desert, bringing free legal assistance and vital resources directly to residents in Lucerne Valley. The Mobile Defense Event will take place on Wednesday, April 8, at The River’s Edge Ranch, offering individuals with San Bernardino County cases an opportunity to access services that support a fresh start. This community-focused event is designed to expand equitable access to justice while connecting residents with helpful county programs and support.

Attendees will have access to a range of legal services, including record clearing and expungement assistance, as well as mobile court services. Participants can receive help with clearing bench warrants, modifying misdemeanor summary probation, and resolving outstanding fines. In addition, representatives from San Bernardino Superior Court Self-Help will be on site to assist with family law matters, child support, guardianships, landlord-tenant concerns, and small claims cases. Pre-registration is required for mobile court services, and availability is limited.

Beyond legal assistance, multiple San Bernardino County departments will be on hand to provide health screenings and connect residents with essential services and benefits. Guests can also enjoy a free lunch from The River’s Edge Ranch Cookout Truck, while supplies last. The event will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 33433 Haynes Road in Lucerne Valley.
