Thursday we reported that a Twentynine Palms property owned by the husband of a Cathedral City council woman was raided by Sheriff’s deputies and hundreds of marijuana plants were seized. Z107.7 News has since learned that the property was sold in January. David Lamb had sold the property on a contract for deed and the final payment on the property was made in January, so he was not the owner at the time of the raid Wednesday. Lamb stressed that he has responded in the past to complaints about illegal marijuana grows on his properties. Z107.7 News regrets the error.
