CORONAVIRUS SAFETY TIPS

Although no cases of coronavirus have been reported in San Bernardino County, the county’s public health department is working with the Centers for Disease Control to respond to reports of the disease. Although Governor Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency, the health risk to the public is low at this time. The health department offers the following safety tips:

  • Avoid contact with sick people.
  • Wash your hands with soap and warm water frequently.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using regular household cleaning products.
  • If you do become sick, stay home and stay away from other people.
